Agree Terms
Enter into an agreement that sets a future purchase price for the home you will rent, with a portion of your monthly rent counting towards the purchase price.
Rent Period
During the rental period, you will live in the house as if it was your own, with the added benefit of building equity through your rent payments.
We provide credit counselling and support to help you prepare for securing a mortgage at the end of the rental term.
Final Purchase
